SHIPPING
Orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Small items less than 13 ounces are shipped USPS 1st Class Mail. Items over 13 ounces are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship by UPS.

Be sure you list your CORRECT shipping address when ordering.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE USA
To have your order shipped outside the USA you must select the catagory, International Shipping, and add "If you want it shipped outside the USA" to your shopping cart. Such orders are shipped Air Post and usually take 4 to 7 days to reach you.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However there are some conditions on returns and refunds. By agreeing to these conditions you help us keep our prices affordable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must notify us and return the item to us within 15 days of the date it was shipped to you. You can contact us by email or phone. In the logo picture above you will find both our email address and phone number. This is a picture so you must manually type our email address into the address line of your email. This is necessary to prevent spammers from hijacking our email system.

Tee shirts cannot be returned for a refund unless we ship you the wrong shirt or the wrong size or the wrong color or there is an obvious manufacturing defect in the shirt. Shirts correctly shipped per your order and without manufacturing defects cannot be returned for a refund. We inspect all tee shirts for manufacturing defects before shipping. A tee shirt is made only after an order is placed.

There is no refund on handmade flags. If you find a defect in the material or workmanship in your handmade flag return it to us within 15 days and I will repair or replace it at no charge to you.

Shipping costs are not refunded. All refunds will be less the cost of shipping which is included in the price given. Example - If your original order cost you $100 and it costs us $10 to ship it to you, then your refund will be $90.

No refunds on returns unless you notify us and return the item within 15 days.
