9th Battalion Missouri Sharpshooters battle flag

Often called the "Sterling Price Flag". These flags were originally made by New Orleans ladies. The Army of Trans Mississippi regiments from Missouri were apart from their state of Missouri. At the surrender of Vicksburg most of these flags were surrendered. Over 60,000 men from Missouri fought under this flag.

100% cotton fabric. The flag has four ties instead of a regular canvas hoist.  If you want a canvas hoist with whipped eyelets or brass grommets please specify in your order; there is an extra charge of $10.  Components are sewn, not printed on the fabric. I make my own flags; they are not mass produced. They feel and look like an original. Consequently they cost more than other "sewn component" flags which are "factory" made.
